This North American T-28B (cn 200-250) was built in 1954 and served with the US Navy in Washington D.C. as a training plane until 1965. In 1987 Red Bull acquired the T-28B and brought it to Europe. After reassembly by Jet Aviation in Basle, Switzerland, the T-28B was entered in the Austrian aircraft register in the spring of 1988. Since 2001 it has been located at the Flying Bulls Hangar-7 at Salzburg Airport. The T-28B 'OE-ESA' was the first aicraft of the nowadays well-known Flying Bulls.
