This folder contains a repaint for the A2A World War II Fighters P-51D Mustang, representing 44-72550, which flew with the 462nd FS/ 506th FG from Iwo Jima, on the longest escort missions flown during WWII. #602 "Meatball" was assigned to Lts Balhorn and Treacy. "Meatball", like most 462nd FS Mustangs, displays the squadron insignia, designed by pilot Bob Torgerson, on the fuselage. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the repaint kits by John Terrell and A2A. It is for FSX only, as it contains 2048 x 2048 textures.
