This is a CFS3 mod package that was originally posted on the Netwings site. They were intended for stock CFS3 and/or CFS3 with Firepower ONLY. Nothing has been modified in any way and it is still in it's original *.zip file. Here is the README for full acknowledgement:
CFS 3 P-51D 357th Tangerine.
Anyone wanting an O.D. 51D this is for you.
As always, back up your originals first!
Find ( p_51d_r.dds) and( p_51d_t.dds) in your CFS 3 aircraft folder P-51D.
Back them up. Then unzip the ones I made to your P-51D folder.
The ( p_51d_t.dds) is the skin and the ( p_51d_r.dds) is the reflection, shinny gloss, whatever. Mine is modified to have no gloss. You wouldn't want a glossy olive drab would you? Make sure you use both together.
I used David Slavens template for this one.
Try it out. It's not weathered, but I did scatch some paint and the normal exhaust and gun port stains.
