The model 267 was an export aircraft for Brazilian Army Aviation with an F4B-3 fuselage and P-12E wings, 9 built. They served alongside some earlier and very similar Boeing 256 (a F4B-4 derivative) bought by the Army (8) and the Navy (6). When the Forca Aerea Brasileira (Brazilian Air Force) was formed in 1941, the 14 survivors were the only pure fighter available. They served as advanced trainers and in antisubmarine patrols and were retired in 1948.
