Stand-alone version of Craig 'Viso' Murray's sitz_po6311a3 Po-63.11.A3, GRII/55,Mormant-Grand Puits, June 1940 The white bar, supposed to run the length of the rear fuselage behind the roundel, has been incorrectly placed by the ground crews; for a start, Po63-11 aircraft were not supposed to carry the bar at all at this date, as it was intended only for Potez 630/1 fighters as a quick recognition marking. Secondly, the bar was supposed to be from side to side of the roundel, not above and below as it is here. Such errors were commonplace given the confusion caused by the unexpected violence of the German advance.
