This is a scenery package that was originally posted on the Netwings site. They were intended for stock CFS3 and/or CFS3 with Firepower ONLY. Nothing has been modified in any way and it is still in it's original *.zip file. Here is the README for full acknowledgement:
Supadetail! replacement railway track textures for CFS3, release 1.0
IMPORTANT: Read the installation instructions carefully, this is not straightforward
As-is the railway tracks are at least two times too big in CFS3, these textures correct that. Due to the smaller size small misalignments may become more noticeable (for example when tracks enter a railway station) but they're not too bad unless you're looking for them. I expect I'll update these textures when the Scenery SDK becomes available, so consider these almost like a preview version.
A few notes:
These are initial releases of the railway textures and are likely to change in the future. If you have any feedback or comments please feel free to e-mail me and I may incorporate them in future versions. I get quite a lot of e-mail so if it happens that you don't get a response, just try again and you tend to get a reply eventually! You can contact me using any of the following methods:

You may also reuse the textures and distribute them with scenery provided you include an acknowledgement. There is no need to ask permission in advance. Permission to do this may be removed at my discretion (but is highly unlikely).
You may not distribute the textures singly or as a pack that is not part of a scenery add-on without my express permission.
