This is a CFS3 mod package that was originally posted on the Netwings site. They were intended for stock CFS3 and/or CFS3 with Firepower ONLY. \
Nothing has been modified in any way and it is still in it's original *.zip file. Here is the README for full acknowledgement:

Hello and thank you for downloading this great new reticule. I designed it with crisp thin clear lines so that they minimize blocking your view while tracking your target. I feel it will give you improved vision as you home in to make your next kill and make it easier to see which way your target tries to turn.

INSTALLATION OF THIS FILE
_________________________________________________
1) Make sure you back up your original file before installing this one.
2) Unzip the contents of this zip file to any folder where you can find it.
3) Copy the reticule.dds file and use it to replace the original file in your "shared" folder.
