This is a repaint (textures only) for the (Payware)by Alphasim, Consolidated B-24J. This repaint was made with an all new paint kit by Gary Horton and myself. This texture represents a B-24H-15-CF, serial number 41-29397, of the 8th Air Force, 467th Bomb Group, 788th Bomb Squadron. Slugger Jr was piloted by Don Rosenthal. Slugger Jr was named after Don's childhood friend Bill Davis, who earned the nickname 'Slugger' for hitting a baseball out of their local baseball field onto the highway.
