This is a repaint of the FDGv2 Donationware F4F-3 Wildcat found here:http://www.donationware.net/ These aircraft were originally earmarked for delivery to Greece, but the invasion of Greece in April '41 found the Wildcats still in transit. They were offloaded at Gibralter, given British markings, and joined 805th Sqdn as part of the Royal Navy Fighter Squadron, which operated in North Africa in summer of 1941. This repaint is from a special request from pstrany. Thanks to the crew at FDGv2 for providing us this great plane!! Please take the time to read the original read me, that I have included.
