This Aircraft carries the Yellow outlined "High Viz" Markings adopted after D-Day by Aircraft of No 5 Group.
It also has the Code Letters repeated on the Tailplane, and hastily applied white Markers on the fins, intended to assist identification when operated in Daylight during the Conquest of Europe. This Aircraft also took part in "Operation Manna" - Food Drops to the Dutch Population in occupied Holland towards the end of the War
