Unzip to temp folder then cut and paste over old textures in effects / fxtextures folder. MAKE SURE TO BACK UP ORIGINAL TEXTURE FILES!...just in case BTW Moving vehicle dust and smoke are darker now..looks like diesel exhaust.(nice on tanks) Enjoy and have fun.
