This is a file based on Brewster-F2A3 by thickosehaskel aka Thicko. The VL Humu was a Finnish fighter aircraft, designed by the State Aircraft Factory (Valtion lentokonetehdas) in 1944. The Humu was based on the American Brewster F2A design. Humu was largely constructed out of wood due to scarcity of metals, but the frame was made from steel and its design followed closely the one of the Brewster. The prototype survived the war and is at the Central Finnish Air Force Museum. The wings have no machine guns and fuel tanks. To keep range, a new fuselage tank was installed. A third machine gun was installed at starboard nose side.
