Fairey Albacore Operation Torch Repaints by UncleTgt
These are a pair of repaints for Baldy's Fairey Albacore for CFS 2. The versions are as follows:
Daytime Version 822 squadron FAA, Operation Torch November 1942
Thanks to Baldy for fixing the rudder movement on his mdl & allowing me to upload with these repaints.
To install, unzip the download and place your chosen texture files in the texture folder for Baldy's Albacore model within the aircraft folder in your CFS2 Main Directory.
I've also added an alternative dp file (tailgunner toned down), & a try at a better airfile - at least using this one you can take off fully loaded!
I've aliased the sound.cfg file to the D3A1 Val, as I think Lawdog's sound files for the Kinsei 44 1075hp radial engine are as close a match as any to what the Taurus engine may have sounded like.
This is freeware and subject to the usual conditions UncleTgt FEB 2008
