This is a repaint (textures only) for the payware Heinkel He-111 by Virtavia (formerly Alphasim). This repaint represents a He 111H-6 from 2./KG26 'LowenGeschwader' at Ottana in Sardinia during August 1943. This unit transferred from Norway, where it had participated in the attacks on convoy PQ 17, to the Mediterranean for further anti-shipping work.
