This is a repaint for the payware Warbirdsim "Restored Part 2" and "Mustang Tales" products. This repaint depicts P-51D-25-NA 44-73029 "Bald Eagle", as it appears today, in 2019, owned by Jim Beasley Jr. and based at Coatesville, PA. Prior to the 2018 airshow season, the aircraft was stripped, polished, and repainted with more authentic WWII colors than it had previously - instead of the glossy paint and inaccurate insignia blue upper surfaces it had prior, the aircraft now sports flat paint and RAF dark green upper surfaces, just as it had been on the original wartime "Bald Ealge".
