The Yokosuka P1Y-1 was a twin-engine, land-based medium and torpedo bomber developed for the Imperial Japanese Navy. A total of 1,098 were built between 1943-45. During the last stages of the War, the P1Y was used as a kamikaze aircraft against the United States Navy during the Okinawa Campaign.
