    Usio's IJN Ise. Laid down as a modified "Fuso" class Dreadnought. Launched Nov 1916, completed Dec 1917. Rebuilt 1928-29 and again 1931-32, with a major rebuild 1935-37. Rebuilt in 1943 to accomodate aircraft on her rear deck. Slightly damaged in October 1944 in the Battle off Cape Engaño...
