This repaint represent a F-100D, serial 56-3163 of the 308th Tactical Fighter Squadron based on Tuy Hoa AB, RVN. Nicknamed "Day Tripper", the assigned pilot was (in 1968) Maj. Dalton while the crew chief was Michael Bilcik, who provided a lot of pictures at F-100 org website.- hae5904
