For Milton Shupe & Team's Lockheed Lodestar, 2048x2048 .dds textures for FSX Western acquired some Lodestars with the purchase of another airline and continued to operate them on those routes for a few years.

In the airline expansion after WW2, Santa Fe Railroad went into the air cargo business for about 18 months until shut down by the CAA. During that time Santa Fe became one of the top air cargo businesses in the US. While they flew DC-3s & DC-4s, they never flew the Lodestar.
