The real-world pictures of the modern planes in historical paint look so good. I wish those kinds of colours could be the operational paint jobs for the modern USAF/USN planes. They complement the aircraft so well, in my opinion.

That is one thing I lament about modern colours of military aircraft, is that so many of them are changing to a "low-visibility" look, and I feel it is a little boring to look at. I miss the days when nations proudly displayed their roundels in full colour, like a battle flag.
