3DS Max 2009 64 bit

I have installed 3DS Max 2009 64bit and all looks good until I add a system path to the SDK.
For due diligence I tried to the FSX SDK but Ace Tools generated a not supported message.
Next I installed "Prepar3D_v2_SDK_2.5.12946.0" choosing Max2012 for the 64bit plugins.
When Max is restarted I get a path warning message, followed by two Max auto script errors.

Under the new Aces Tools selection either the tool is not supported or I get a script error.

I am hoping for help here, the same question is open over at FSDeveloper.

Problem solved, reverted back to 32 bit app.
