• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

I happened to be on the //42 site and noticed that the Fox2 Base package was on sale for $15 (US), compared to $28 on Orbx. I picked it up and did a little low and slow with it yesterday. Even the high-horse variant is not what you'd call a speed demon, but it's still fun. You get the option of an empty right seat, a small duffel bag, or a visible copilot, all by clicking the seat. You also have a removable cowling, deployable camping gear (some variants also include a "beverage" with that gear), and an optional "Onewheel" skateboard strapped to the right wing strut. There's also a buttload of liveries. My only gripe is that the reg # is baked into the textures, but for the price, I like it.
 
Missed this sale, as it seems to be over. However, the Kitfox Speedster 7 is on sale at the Marketplace for €4.49 so I picked that one up instead.
