50 Shades Of Green...

I've been figuring on doing this one for a bit (Huub's fault with that green Guiness one). I'm not sure I got the shade of green quite right, but then I've ran into a bunch of shades of green that claimed to be British Racing Green. And the RGB codes that I found for it came out to be something that should have gone on a 1970 Plymouth 'cuda (kind of a bug guts green). So, I just went with what looked right to me from memory of a Triumph Trident I used to own and a couple of pics of some Jaguars. I think I'm pretty close anyway.

(I did make a few changes to things I normally leave alone that are unique to this one)

It's up in the library for download..

Now off to do some of the freeware Wozza Gee Bees to match the Alabeo ones..... (still have some more paint schemes for the Alabeo in mind)

Looks nice Willy, British racing green, I assume :encouragement: I always thought there was only one shade of racing green, but obviously I was wrong.......

Cheers,
Huub

Love it. Add a little yellow stripe, a Lotus logo, and you have the Jimmy Clark edition.

I remember having this conversation some time ago so I had to go refresh my memory

This is supposedly British Racing green

but then, there is some difference of opinion of how to code it:

http://colors.findthedata.com/l/455/British-Racing-Green hex #004225 RGB 0/66/37 (HSB 154/100/26) CMYK 90 44 92 54

Super picture of Jim Clark. That was back when F1 was the epitome of auto racing. Today's F1 :a1451::disgust::cower::stupid:
