64 bit sound gauge for the DDW C 47.

Hello.

This is the DDW fix for the Douglas c 47 sound gauge for P3Dv4 only.
There is a short readme with an installation guide.

I have posted this also in the P3D section but include it here, as this
is where most of the topics on the aircraft are.

Thank you! I know it´s not the apropriate place to ask, but what i do with this two files:
- Douglas_C47.dll
- dsd_fsx_fuel_dump.dll

I think they are 32bits and need to be converted too, am i wrong?

Please do nothing, they aren't working but if and when they are also updated to 64 bit,
they will do again.
