"Veteran NASCAR driver James Hylton has announced that he will make another attempt to qualify for the Daytona 500 next year - and his EM Motorsports team hope that the 74-year-old will stay on for a full season.
Hylton would become the oldest driver to race in NASCAR's premier event if he was able to make the field at Daytona in February. His previous attempt in 2007 was thwarted by clutch problems in the qualification race."
