A Blast from the Past; Thanks to Gary Harper

Gary Harper recently repainted the CalClassics Martin 404/202 in Northwest Airlines livery circa 1948-1950.
This brings back many wonderful memories; in 1948 - 1949 I was 16 and learning how to fly in a Cessna 120 at Gallatin Flying Service at KBZN in Bozeman Montana. Northwest had a milk run from Minneapolis to Seattle which stopped in Bozeman once each way every day. The run was serviced with DC-3's until the Martin 202 was introduced. I remember to this day the first time I saw one; it was the biggest baddest airplane I had seen up till then. It was something to see them climbing out of KBZN so loud and so fast compared to everything else in those days. This is a FS2004 product, but I loaded into FSX, Accel with no problems. I am not one to throw a tizzy because it doesn't have a VC nor do I throw a 3 way snit because it is a cross-over. I really enjoy flying it out of KBZN in FSX since it brings back so many memories of one of the best times of my life. My heart felt Thanks to Gary Harper. Here it is at KBZN.

Cheers, Paul
