A day at the museum

Just got back from the National WW II museum in New Orleans. Thought i'd share a few pictures. This museum is HUGE ! Need a couple of days to see it all. They're building a new section for Korea and the cold war. Well worth the money.

Missing the B-25 and P-40. The B-25 had a nose full of .50 cal. and 4 gun pods on the side of the nose.The P-40 was painted as the flying tiger when the US Army took over the squadron. Can't believe i didn't get any pictures of these warbirds . Well,there's always next time. Definitely going back as soon as possible .
