Just came across this one in the FSX forum.....don't worry it's FS9 also. A very sharp BF-110G. And Scrub really upped the ante on the VC.....it looks pretty darn nice! A lot more detailed than his usual VCs. File name: bf110g_2.zip

Isn't it the Groundcrew model?

Yes it is.
Just found this on the fsx forums posted by Mathias, "By A F Scrub ????
That's our old Groundcrew Design Group Bf110 with some other 2d gauges thrown into the cockpit."

Downloaded and tried it half an hour ago and that was my first thought. With a few minor changes, the panel is a straight lift of the Ground Crew 110.

Sure is...BF110G2. I have it in my spares hangar!
No matter, what's a good soundset for this bird?

All I can say is wonderfull and worth the download , also THX to Mr. Scrub from me :salute:
Okay, I have created my own version of this nearly 2 years ago for FS9. But the panel in this new version looks very good. And also important to me, it works in FSX (I use it also sometimes... )

I use those sounds and happy with
Don't remember from where downloaded ....

That'll do very nicely, thanks.
Found this one on my HDD too, I assume from the same original source:

Readme says Beta... so what happened? it's a lovely model.

Got mine from the Groundcrew site a good while back and I won't repeat what I said in the FSX forum about Scrubb.

Thanks Huub.
Being CFS3-challenged, I was puzzled by why this sound file produced only a monotone.
I took a chance and replaced the CFS3 header with FS9 in the sound.cfg, and it worked!
The combat flight sims have come a long way since I abandoned MSCFS1...

Our freeware civil FS offerings were usually conversions of our CFS projects done on special request by users so they where never really out-developed, hence the life-long beta tag.:wavey:

So are you guys saying that this is simply a rip off from another designer then ?
I noticed that in the VC almost nothing is clickable, where on his more recently released Spits at least the basic stuff was active as I recall.

I did make one quick evaluation flight with it but if it is proven that this is not kosher I'll delete it from my HD when I get back on Friday.

Cheers

Scrub took an old fs2002 model made by Groundcrew, and added a couple of guages and reuploaded the whole aircrat without first asking the designer, so in my oppinion it is a very suspect file, Scrub does this a lot too many designers and never asks permission, thats why I will not have anything with the scrub label on my HD. I appreciate that people like too modernise aircraft, but too upload without permission and not too include origional documentation is not only extremely rude but ignorant.

When I did a revamp of the FS 2002 Hanvey/Barry Hawker Sea Fury and converted it for CFS2 I had the full blessings of not only the original authors, but also the artists who created the repaints for both the Australian and Dutch Variants. This is just a common courtesy, as well as a show of respect for others hard work. In most cases, if you just ask someone permission in the flight sim community, chances are you will be granted permission.

Is this a CFS3 aircraft? I have a Ju-88G-6 in FS9 and this would make a fine stablemate if it's compatible system-wise.
