Very, very, very nice if it is !!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Friends,
I'm VEEEEERY, VEEEEERY HAPPY to see this new Giuli's plane because my father, Mr.Roberto Villa, was involved in this project at Foligno, under technical direction of Ing.Bellomo.
He worked at Macchi/Umbra as senior draftsman and he was the "author" of all the engineering drawings related to the very complicated power transmission of this "beast".
The MB.902's power transmission system was the only part that was really built for testing.
All the claims about a "real" prototype found and destroyed by Germans are fruit of fantasy, in reality ONLY a scale wooden model (for aerodynamic testing in wind gallery) was built.

Many thanks to you Manuele for sharing these historical facts. Many aeronautical engineers dreamed of
such an aircraft, but the MB. 902 was one of the few to have advanced towards prototype construction.
You must be very proud of your father's role in this innovative and advanced project. Thank you sir.

Best regards,
John

Good afternoon,

It has been approved...outstanding work, Pepe! :salute:

The new Giulli bomber

it's a four engined ill tempered what if bomber armed with five 20 mm MG 151 cannons with a 510 KPH maximum speed. Two versions, land and seaplane.

I avoided four P-38s easily!

Cheers

Pepe
