I've had it in mind to build a cockpit for OFF. Yes, for me to sit in. Today I acquired a seat for it/myself. I feel as if I have a machine under my bony bum. There is a speaker at each shoulder and a sub-woofer in the back. There are also some vibrator things that work in time with the woofer. Some of these units are made too low to the floor and odd shaped but this one is on a pedestal and has armrests. The sound beats my laptop set for sure. You feel Archie when near, the engine vibration through the crate. All that is missing are the g forces. Next TIR, pedals and a FFB stick. This model happens to be the Commander, available at Target stores in the states. Maybe this is old news to you guys but in my time in this forum I've not read any threads regarding such chairs. I know there are many makes. oh yes, it is driven by your audio jack. No software or ports to be used. Just wanted to pass the word on a worthy experience. Sorry for the length and if old news. Oh, and the wife made me get it.
