Awesome. I have not seen anything new from Heather Sherman in a long time. She is a real talent!!!!!

Great news!

I also hadn't heard from her in at least a couple years, and I was afraid her bad heart might have finally done her in.

Heather taught me most of what I know about painting virtual models.

I just wish she'd taught me most of what she knows...

But even if I had all her knowledge, I still wouldn't have anything like her talent.

Glad to hear she's still in the flightsim game. :wiggle: I was just thinking about her earlier today when I was looking for one of her Bill Lyons 'Goose' repaints.

Heather has been spotted lately hanging around the FSEconomy website.

we have been watching and reading as she kept us kind of updated on her adventures in re-learning how to repaint airplanes. It's been really nice having her around again.:applause:

.

I'm afraid a lot of us 'Bush Flyers' thought that too...when she dropped off the radar she was having problems with her dicky ticker. I,for one,was very relieved when she popped up and posted over at the Avsim 'temporary forum' recently.

Hi!!

heard you guys were talking about me over here so thought I'd better drop in and say hello.

Thank you for all the kind words.

Yes, it had been touch and go for a while with my heart and I now have a defibrilator implanted in my chest. I don't seem to have the stamina I once did, of course I'm no younger either, but I'm not complaining. Still kicking, surprisingly enough.

I apologize for the long absence, didn't think I'd be missed THAT much. Wow!

Besides health problems, a lot of other stuff hit the fan at about the same time and I just decided to check out for awhile. Needed to get away and regroup.

Then, just recently, I got a "thank you" email from Heidy Beth that, amongst other things, mentioned FSE. Hmm, I thought, this is new. Checked it out and got the bug again. Therefore, here I am!

Recently downloaded the A-26 from here. Wow! I LOVE that plane!

I eventually want to paint one as soon as I get enough FSE-dollars to buy one.

Anyway, wanted to touch base with you guys.

Thanks again for the kind words and care.

Sincerest regards,

Heather
