A problem with Orbx Innsbruck scenery

Navy Chief

Senior Member
I posted the following on the Orbx forum, but wondered if anyone here might have a answer?

The following helipads are included with LOWI (as listed in the user guide for LOWI):

Innsbruck Air Rescue Heliport (LOJO)
University Hospital (LOIU)
Hat Tux Heliport / Alpin 5 (LOJT)
Fire Service College Heliport (LOIN)

None show up in the airport menu. Can anyone assist with this? Thanks, NC

I think these are more of a seek/navigation mission type locations as opposed to starting from the helipads. i have the same issue with regards to the airport menu. Not even sure if they're active pads to land on as never tried or if they are more for scenery to look at.

I clearly remember being able to land on these helipads, at least the hospital one located near the airport in the city center.
There are even 3D characters in there, if I'm not mistaken.
I don't remember if these helipads appeared in the airport selection menu though...

I can confirm that you can land on them all but you do have to find them yourself (not too difficult because even I managed to do it using Google maps to help I think!) You can save a flight at each of them once you've found them I suppose.

Yep, that basically what I did.
I have each one including the 5th unnamed one that's actually at a place called Buch-in-Tirol saved with the default Robinson R22.

I don't mind sharing them if anyone wants them.

Mutley's Hangar did a great review on this scenery in 2017:

https://www.mutleyshangar.com/revie...s,Panel enabled, performance was outstanding.

And IN this article, the coordinates of the helipads are listed. I simply entered them for each helipad, and once there, saved it as a scenario; no problem! NC
