A question for the panel

No, it isnt Mossie or B-25, it isnt Hadson also. JF/AH did Mossie also :listening_headphone.
Looks like 30s-40s plane, light bomber or two engine civil plane, machanical gyro gauge is on the center of panel.

Id like to see Swordfish or Wellington but cockpits look different also.

Got the clue right away from the screen capture posted by Baz (they're Heinkels!). Fantastic detailing!

He-111 instrument panel:

BTW, having modeled a B-25 instrument panel for my current project, I knew it wasn't for one of those. ; )

Spot on those who picked it. The label will of course be corrected and in German on the final product!

Now, another question.

I am in dire need of reference for all the cockpit and instrument placards. Can anyone assist please? This is a P2 - there were considerable differences between these and the later H series.

A BIG thankyou to anyone who can help:engel016:

Fantastic! I hope in addition to the normal military version it can include one of the civilian (C/G) versions.

Hi Baz.

Here is a P2 panel. Unfortunately there are no placards. Not sure why. Could have been deleted when they restored the cockpit or perhaps there never were any placards in this aircraft. I'll keep looking around.

The panel from Mal's post has the exact same layout as the one described on the website below and the introductory text also indicates that it is a later version for early 111s (D to H-6).
If you want to backdate it further, put the clock to the left of the artificial horizon and replace the OAT indicator with two combined fuel/oil pressure indicators*.

Shout, in you need a translation.

*I figure it looked just like the one on the Ju-88's panel (above the right VSI).

Thanks Bjoern, much obliged.

I now have an excellent reference to a P2 panel with clear placards. So that's one down... seems there were dozens of field mods as well so, nothing's the same as usual.:engel016:
