A scenery object problem

Ok, I am using the NAS Whidbey Island scenery that John Stinstrom had made for FS9, in FSX. Everything looks ok, except the following. I can't seem to get rid of it.

Any ideas? I tried to use ADE, but am not able to recompile, as I don't have SDK installed just yet....

Looks like its missing a texture. You can use IS3 and its exclude tool, and create a exclude bgl file to get rid of it.
Also there is a FSX version of Whidbey over at SimV, just search for WINAS-1.zip. There are a few pics of it in this
