the outlaws Big Iron is a custom repaint BY MY DAUGHTER AMANDA.
The repaint is Amandas first paint, and is based on a 1956 Chevrolet Nomad that ran NHRA in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
The paint is correct for the car, and are my daughters favorite colors.
The name of the car was Big Iron The name of the driver was The Outlaw.
Which is where my daughter came up with the name for the paint.

...red and black, my house colors :jump:

Thank you CHB. I love the colors to. Whats left of the car is a few doors down from my aunts house. James the owner of the car says someday he'll restore it to the NHRA car it was.
I once inquired about the car to see about something for me and dad to restore. Instead I got a 1969 GTO Judge, its about 87 percent finished. Very nice arrangement, my car, my dads money.:jump:
