How are these planes would you recommend and are the easy on frames like their WW2 Fighters?

I'd recommend anything by A2A! Their B-17 is very nice! Their butcher bird is excellent also but showing it's age.
 
I have the B-17 from the bomber package and, like all of A2A's aircraft, it's excellent in every respect, especially frames. Like MM said, you can't go wrong with A2A.

i don't have the B-17, but I do have all the FW190 series from A2A and can say that it's absolutely worthwhile to have them, good on frames,etc, you will not be disappointed.
