AB Effect for Hschuit's F-8 Crusader

Thought I'd post over here on the P3D side ( I know this is the P3D4 side). I hope Ted (Tufun) reads this and will get in touch.

I've posted on the FSX side that I was not having any luck getting Ted's (Tufuns) AB effect to work in Henk's F-8 Crusader V2 in P3D V3.4 -

What I used to have in FSX was this effect:

The whole burner can and outer exhaust rings would illuminate with the flame effect.

And in hschuit's V2 this AB effect:

This is more of a pencil tip flame effect. Nice, but I prefer the full blowtorch effect - I like to see the flame adjusted back some and bigger ring like in photo above,

that has Teds AB effects but will not work in my P3DV3 - curious to know if anyone here using P3D can get Ted's AB effect to function.,

Thought I'd try here as there are a few P3D users that visit here. Would like to find out if any P3D users tried out Don's F-8 or at least used Ted's AB effects
and had positive results.

I think I remember Ted once mentioned that the emitter and particle settings in the Fx files can be adjusted for position and color but that was a few years ago and
I forgot the science that went into that.

I found this link and perhaps some of the AB effect files that were compat in FSX are not compat in P3D.
That may very well be I've been chasing my tail trying to get a full blowtorch AB effect in P3DV3
