Actress Brittany Murphy dead at 32

Never heard of her, but it is to sad ..

I am afraid I am not the least bit familiar with her C9G, never saw one of her movies or heard her music. She sure looks terribly anorexic in that photo, no report on how she died.

I think I saw part of Just Married once...so I am vaguely aware of who she is/was. Quite a shame....just 32. I agree with Caz, she looks horribly thin/anorexic in her recent pics. Would not surprise me if her death comes out to be a result of anorexia/bolemia related. So many people trying to be "fashionably" thin only to end up be unfashionably unhealthy/dead.

I only know her as the voice of Luanne from King of the Hill, but it's always sad to see someone go at such a young age.
 
How sad it is when someone dies at the peak of their life.
I never heard of her but my sympathies are with her family and loved ones.
 
Unbelievable. I watched one of her movies, The Ramen Girl, just recently. I remember her well from one of her first roles in Clueless. She was such a lively actress, with an engaging personality and a very contagious laugh. She will be missed.

I am sure it will all come out in the wash, but I have heard two rumors, one, she died of a heart attack and another that she took the River Phoenix route with a little too much Pixie Dust. More than likely, both.

Coming home from the grocery store a little while ago and heard on the radidio that the LAPD is investigation Brittany's death....standard OP when a death is unexpected and of unknown causes.

Oh, stay away from the Youtube videos of her...or if you check any of them out...do not read the comments....the idiots are in hyper-drive.

Being a fervent reader of "People" magazine, I remember reading an article pertaining to Brittany's fight with anorexia. She had been doing well for over 2 years, but recent pictures of her suggested she might have been going down the anorexia path again...How sad is that?

May she finally rest in peace~

Sad to hear this kind of news, especially this season, and yes, at 32 too young to die....

She looks terribly unhealthy thin... There is nothing wrong to be skinny, but if you deprive your body of food and nutrients to be fashionable, is a sad thing and a shame....

Her part on "clueless" is memorable, no kidding (yah, i know, clueless IS a B movie, but it did catapulted Brittany and Alicia Silverstone´s careers)..yup, the reaper is working overtime this year, took an dearly uncle from my family, and it´s particularly fixed on performers worldwide..
