Adding Different AC from other countries

Again....stupid question. I'd like to add Italian and Russian AC to ETO. I remember a Nationality componet by Martin Wright that allowed you to add countries to the AC list. Must I run that to install the fore mentioned?

That's already part of ETO, so they will drop right in as is.
