ADE 1.37 - not loading stock buildings

Help....

I am editing Kotroni LGKN and there are default buildings I want to remove. I have loaded the stock airfield then clicked on 'load Stock Data', but the default buildings don't show. How do I get them to show so I can get rid of them ?

Also, how do I create an exclude area around the airfield to get rid of autogen that is too close ?
