SOH-CM-2013
.....I'm having trouble installing a perimeter fence. Everything goes ok until I click back on the arrow to save and compile the file. The fence just dissappears.

Thanks.....

When building it try double-clicking when entering the last point.

Thanks....I'll give that a try.

Update: Dimus, you da man! That was the step I was leaving out. Now I can put a fence around my latest project without having transparency issues. LOL....should have asked this question here at the Outhouse before spending nearly two days trying to build my own fence.....

Thanks...

RD

It took me several hours of grief to figure that out myself on my first airport.

if you want to build your own fences let me know and I can show you.

Thank You....For the present, however, I'll just stick with the stock fences.

There comes a manual with the ADE9X (or is downloadable from the same origin). A couple of hours on that and there is no need for basic questions.

The manual mentions the double clicking in the general uses of the mouse and states it is applicable to completing an apron, fence, polygon, or run of edge lights. One could have missed that (I admit I did, even though I've read it several times). That's what the forum is about I think, offering assistance and being helpful, isn't it?

You are absolutely right. I just wanted to remind that it's worth reading the manuals too.
