Adjusting ammo, how to.P-38F

Something always bothered me is how the stock P-38F has 5000 rounds of ammo and only 50 cannon rounds.supposed to be 2000 .50 rounds and 150 20 MM from what I understand.How would fix this? Looked through the DP file and found guns and cannons but not sure what to change.
 
Ammo for guns is listed in the [guns.#]

[guns.0]
gun.0=1250,0.086,-0.001,9.39999999999999E-02,0,0,1,1250
gun.1=1250,-0.2,-0.12,-0.151,0,0,1,1250
gun.2=1250,0.2,-0.118,-0.085,0,0,1,1250
gun.3=1250,-0.086,0,0,0,0,1,1250

[guns.1]
gun.0=50,0,0,0,0,0,1,50

Change the BOLD numbers to change ammo. [guns.0] is for the 50s and [guns.1] is the 20mm. The first bold is default load and 2nd bold is max load of ammo.
