AI Carriers with Both USS Missipillion and HMS Victorious

When I configured USS Missipillon to Unrep HMS Victorious, the Oiler does not show
alongside the carrier..

Here is my script:

[formation.10]
title=HMS Victorious Underway Replenishment (UNREP)
unit.0=Victorious_1940, 0, 0
unit.1=title=VEH_Mispillion_AI, 100, -49

The oiler will show (alone) or the Victorious.
But not both at the same time.

I tried to substitute the Victorious with one of the bigger
carriers that had the USS PAx river and both showed however
above the deck were people and gear floating at about 50 ft above
the deck.
