AI flightplans for Ameriflight needed...

does anyone know where I could get hold of AI flightplans for the Ameriflight fleet and DHL North America as well? I've downloaded all the AI planes for the above but have been unable to locate AI flightplans.
There had been flightplans for Ameriflight and DHL North America by Mark Lupus on Avsim but they seem to have been removed. If anyone has them, could they be zipped up and PM'ed to me please?
 
Project AI has the entire DHL N America package available in the PAI Library archive. it's in two parts and has Ameriflight, Key Lime Air and others.
