Does anyone know if there is an AI HP Victor V-Bomber for FS9 around or a model for FS2002 with a lowish poly-count and extending hoses? I'm trying to set up some V-Force Traffic.

There's one over at UKMIL, in their RAF Sculthorpe package.
One thing, though -- it's 'members-only'.
