AI Traffic Question

SOH-CM-2013
Would one of you who work with Traffic Tools tell me if the below flight plan would accomplish the following.

I want a Piper Pawnee to take off, stay gone for 30 minutes, return, depart again in about 15 minutes, stay gone for another 30 minutes, and then return for the day. As I understand by using 4hrs, this cycle will repeat itself every 4 hours. If I change it to 24hrs, would that mean the two flights would only occur once a day? I also know that I would have to change the zulu times so they would represent the actual Eastern Standard time that I am looking for.
Romeo-Delta

Flight Plan: AC#1,N1382,50%,4Hr,VFR,12:00,12:30,010,R,0000,KHYA,12:45,13:15,010,R,0000,KHYA

Probably Not

It's been a while so not guaranteed, but this might:

AC#1,N1382,50%,4Hr,VFR,12:00:00,TNG12:15:00,010,R,0,KEWB,12:17:00,12:32:00,010,R,0,KHYA,
12:50:00,TNG13:05:00,010,R,0,KEWB,13:07:00,13:22:00,010,R,0,KHYA

Times are always GMT.
Changing 4Hr to 24Hr will make it do 2 trips a day.

Excellent traffic, made fun! FREE!

Theoretically, Yes.

Aha! did someone mention the "37 minute problem?"

...you also have to establish the logical time your aircraft will need to start-up, taxi to hold, and if its a tad busy - wait for take off clearance. The same happens on arrival too.

But this allowance could be done for you...

This all sounds terribly laborious...Why are you making your life difficult RD?
