Trying to modify airbase.dat to eliminate runway entries for fields not existing in early 1942 new guinea.Deleting entries seems to cause a problem. I have tried using ; before and after entries, it works but unfortunately deletes runways coming after that are needed. Is there a way to make this work? to delete or hide one entry? Perhaps I am place the ; in the wrong location? Thanks.

Dasuto247: The airbase.dat file utilizes a one-up system for accounting for the [runway.xxx] entries. A break in the numerical sequence causes the bases after the break not to show. In other words if you have 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7... the numbers after 4 won't show.

Removing runway won't remove them from FF, QC and they will still be there if you fly to them. The airbase.dat is only used for Mission Builder.
