Aircraft carrier shows slight back and forth vibration

Just downloaded the Nimitz and Enterprise and trying Carriertracks 1 and 2. When I begin on the deck, everything looks fine expect for a vibration or shaking of the main deck/carrier. The plane is stationary and shows no shaking on the deck. Any thoughts?
 
Usually, this happens when the FPS limit is set to "unlimited" in the game settings.
The same happens with the AI planes normally, when you try to fly a close formation with them...
As far as I know, the only solution is to set the FPS limit back to a normal value.
