Aircraft folders

My aircraft collection is getting larger and larger. There are two folders that come with X-plane, Laminar aircraft and extra aircraft. Is it possible to make new folders, example: airliner, piston single, turboprop, etc and place the relative files there? I already found out about the star rating for favorite aircraft but I have a lot of favorites. I would like to keep things a little more neat on the aircraft menu. Any suggestions would be helpful.

thanks
Bob

That was the first thing I tried when I started accumulating new airplanes and the answer is, yes you can add extra folders. It seems that X-Plane scans all folders within that main folder.
