Aircraft not loading into scenery...

When i select a certain aircraft, they don't load into the game. It causes the sim to crash, without a scenery loading screen, any ideas of the cause, and what the solution to solve the problem...?

Could be lots of things....airfile, panel, texture format, sound. Is it a dedicated CFS2 ac?

To test out, just copy the unworking mdl and rename it as a fully working model and put it into that model file (back-up/change name of original mdl). This will test to see if it is the mdl itself. If it works, then it will one of the other items I mentioned. So, in reverse, back-up original file (airfile, panel etc) of the unworking model, one at a time. After each substitution, test to see if it then loads and works, this will help identfy which is causing the problem. Once identified, you/we can take a look further.

If you are using Windows 10, check the panel folder of each aircraft. Make certain that you have these two lines and the corresponding bmp files in the PNEL.CFG file:

[Window00]
file=Panel_Background_640.BMP
file_1024=Panel_Background_1024.BMP

I had that problem once after one of the Windows 10 update. It was fixed and I don't remembered the date.

You can see the original stock A6M2 aircraft for reference.

From what I have seen the Win7+ panel error lets the CFS2 scenery loading screen fully load than locks up or crashes.
